How POKEMINE works end to end: what a rig is, how hashrate turns into packs, where the creator fees go and how to check every step yourself. If something here disagrees with the app, the app is right and this page has a bug.
Overview
POKEMINE is a Pokémon mining game where the rewards are real graded Pokémon cards. You burn $POKEMINE to forge a PokéMiner rig, a GPU mining rig with a fixed hashrate. Every 10 minutes the network settles a block: it claims the coin's pump.fun creator fees, buys Pokémon packs on Collector Crypt, and pays them out to miners weighted by hashrate.
Each pack holds one graded card that lands in the winner's wallet as a Solana NFT. There's no claim button, no staking and no lock-up: once a rig is forged it mines for as long as the network runs.
Quick start
- 01Buy at least 100,000 $POKEMINE on pump.fun.
- 02Press Connect and pick any Solana wallet: Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, or any mobile wallet over WalletConnect.
- 03Burn 100,000 $POKEMINE from the forge. A random rig comes online in the same confirmation.
- 04Watch your rigs on Rigs and your cards on Profile. Payouts arrive on their own.
Rigs
Every rig is an open-frame mining rig themed on a Pokémon line. A rig has four specs:
- GPUs. 2, 4 or 8 cards, depending on the evolution stage. Basic rigs run 2, Stage 1 runs 4 and Stage 2 runs 8.
- Hashrate (H/s). The only number that affects payouts. It is GPUs × the tier's per-GPU hashrate.
- Draw (W). Power the rig would pull. Shown for flavour and efficiency; it costs you nothing.
- Efficiency (H/W). Hashrate per watt. Rarer tiers run faster, more efficient cards.
Rigs are permanent and can't be sold, merged or upgraded. To add hashrate you forge more rigs.
Tiers & catalogue
There are 12 rigs across four Ball tiers, three evolution stages each. Each tier has its own forge odds and a hashrate band:

Live counts of how many of each rig are online are on Stats.
Forging a rig
- 01Your wallet signs one transaction that burns exactly 100,000 $POKEMINE using the token program's burn instruction. The supply goes down for good; nothing is sent to us.
- 02Once it confirms, the server reads the transaction from the chain and checks the signer, the mint, the amount and that it burned rather than transferred.
- 03It rolls your rig from the burn (next section) and adds it to your wallet. Each burn signature can forge exactly one rig.
If your connection drops after the burn lands, the forge remembers it and offers a Finish forging button, so a confirmed burn is never lost.
Provably fair forging
The roll comes from your burn signature and the hash of the block it landed in:
seed = sha256(burnSignature + ":" + blockhash)
The first 52 bits of the seed, read as a number between 0 and 1, walk the odds table above in order. That blockhash doesn't exist when you sign, so neither you nor we can choose the result, and anyone can recompute it from the burn transaction. The seed is shown when the rig is revealed and on your profile.
Hashrate & your share
Your hashrate is the sum of every rig on your wallet. Network hashrate is the sum across every miner. Your share of each block is simply:
share = yourHashrate / networkHashrate
A rig counts from the first block after it's forged. As more rigs come online, everyone's share shrinks; as fees grow, every share is worth more. Your live share is on Rigs and Profile.
Blocks
Every 10 minutes the network settles one block:
- 01Claim. Collects the creator fees earned since the last block, from both the bonding curve and the PumpSwap pool.
- 02Split. Keeps a small SOL float for gas and splits the rest between packs, buyback and the dev wallet.
- 03Buyback. Market-buys $POKEMINE and burns exactly the amount bought.
- 04Swap. Converts the pack share to USDC on Jupiter.
- 05Pay out. Picks the winners, buys a pack for each and opens it with the winner's wallet as the recipient.
The countdown on the homepage shows the next block and what the network is doing right now. If the pack pool can't afford a pack yet, the USDC carries over to the next block.
Where the fees go
- Packs. The largest share, swapped to USDC and spent on Collector Crypt packs for miners.
- Buyback & burn. Market-buys $POKEMINE and burns it, on top of every burn used to forge rigs.
- Dev. A slice that stays in the dev wallet for RPC, hosting and transaction fees.
The current split is shown live on the homepage under Block reward.
Payouts
The network runs in one of two payout modes, shown on the homepage.
Raffle mode. The block works out how many packs the pool can afford, then draws a winner for each one, weighted by hashrate. Draws are independent, so one miner can win several packs in a block. Each draw is seeded from a finalized blockhash fetched after the fees are in:
seed = sha256(blockId + ":" + finalizedBlockhash + ":" + packIndex)
Credit mode. New USDC in each block is credited to every miner in proportion to hashrate. When your credit covers a pack, one opens for you and the remainder carries forward. Small miners get packs less often but never lose their accrued share.
Either way, every payout is listed on Payouts with the card, grade, insured value, winner and NFT.
The cards
Packs come from Collector Crypt's Pokémon gacha machines, the same integration behind pump.fun's pack opening. Every pack contains one PSA, BGS or CGC graded card that is held in a vault, insured, and minted as a Solana NFT. Pack odds by rarity and live stock are shown on the homepage.
Once a card is in your wallet you can:
- Hold it. It's a regular NFT in your wallet.
- Redeem it. Request the physical slab from Collector Crypt and have it shipped to you.
- Sell it back. Within 72 hours of opening, sell it to the machine for a share of its insured value.
- Trade it. List it on Collector Crypt or any Solana NFT marketplace.
Verifying everything
- Your rig. Every rig links to its burn transaction. Recompute the seed from the signature and blockhash.
- Packs. Every payout links to the pack purchase and the card NFT on Solscan.
- Fees and buybacks. Claims, swaps and burns are ordinary transactions on the treasury wallet.
Rigs, Payouts, Stats, Profile
- Rigs. Your rigs in 3D with their specs, your hashrate, draw and network share.
- Payouts. The full payout ledger: paid to date, packs opened, miners paid, largest and average payout.
- Stats. Network hashrate and card value over time, the tier mix against expected odds, the biggest pulls and the full rig catalogue.
- Profile. Your wallet's totals, every rig with its seed and burn, and every card you've won.
FAQ
Do I need to claim anything? No. Cards are sent straight to the wallet that owns the rigs.
Can I move rigs to another wallet? No. Rigs are tied to the wallet that burned for them.
Does draw or efficiency matter? Not for payouts. Only hashrate counts.
What if there are no fees? No fees means no packs that block. Rigs keep their hashrate and are in the next one.
Which wallets work? Any Solana wallet. Browser extensions connect directly; mobile wallets connect by QR code.
Why did my card show “Opening pack…”? The pack was bought and is being opened. If it doesn't finish, the next block retries it; a pack can never be opened twice.
Risks, stated plainly
- $POKEMINE is a memecoin with no intrinsic value. Burns are permanent.
- Pack outcomes are random, and most cards are worth less than the pack price.
- No creator fees means no packs. Volume drives everything.
- Hashrate is a share of the network, not a promised return.
- This is a fan project, not affiliated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak or Creatures.
